1. How do I upload a profile picture?
To be able to upload a profile picture, you must meet the following requirements:
- Your account must be at least 15 days old.
- You must have at least 4 rated games completed.
- Your rating confidence (the percentage next to your rating in your profile) must be at least 10%. This increases whenever a rated game finishes.
Once these requirements are met, please visit your profile to upload a picture.

2. Why can't I send a private message?
As an antispam measure, users with a 0% rating confidence cannot send private messages to other users *unless* a user has sent a message to them first. This means that in order to send messages freely, you must have at least one recent, finished rated game.
