En caso contrario la organización se reserva el derecho de asignación de rank al jugador/a. Para participar es necesario llenar el formulario de registro en el siguiente enlace:\n https://ometitlan1.wixsite.com/torneomexicanogo2020/inscripción\n\n-Fecha límite para registrarse al torneo: viernes 28 de agosto de 2020 a las 23:59 hrs.\n\n-Los participantes se dividirán en divisiones (“Primera”, “Segunda”, “Tercera”...) según su rank y el número total de inscritos.\n\nDe las rondas y los resultados de las partidas\n\n-El horario preestablecido para jugar las rondas es a las 19:00 hrs GMT-5 en las siguientes fechas:\n\n-Ronda 1: Domingo 30 de agosto\n\n-Ronda 2: Domingo 6 de septiembre\n\n-Ronda 3: Domingo 13 de septiembre\n\n-Ronda 4: Domingo 20 de septiembre\n\n-Ronda 5: Domingo 27 de septiembre\n\n-Ronda 6: Domingo 4 de octubre.\n\n-Las partidas se llevarán a cabo en el grupo de la Asociación Mexicana de Baduk-Igo-Weiqi del servidor OGS https://online-go.com/tournament-record/142/8vo-torneo-mexicano-de-go-por-internet-2020 o como alternativa en la Sala Mexicana de KGS.\n\n-Los emparejamientos de cada ronda se publicarán los días martes previo al domingo de cada ronda.\n\n-En caso de que algún jugador no pueda jugar a la hora y servidor preestablecidos, podrá acordar un nuevo horario, fecha y servidor directamente con su oponente a través de correo electrónico copiando en la solicitud a Pablo Tapia (pablo.tezcatlipoca@gmail.com).\n\n-El ganador debe reportar el resultado ingresando el enlace (link o URL) de su partida (OGS) en el registro de partidas, o (si se jugó en KGS) enviar por correo electrónico a Pablo Tapia el archivo SGF de la partida.\n\n-Para obtener el enlace de su partida: en OGS es necesario copiar la dirección web (link o URL) de la partida y pegarla en el registro. En KGS descargar el archivo SGF entrando a KGS Archives, buscar su usuario y posteriormente la partida en cuestión.\n\n-Los resultados de las partidas deben ingresarse a más tardar el domingo de cada ronda a las 23:59 hrs. GMT-5.\n\n-No serán válidas las partidas reportadas posteriormente.\n\n-Si en una determinada ronda la partida no se realizó y ninguno de los jugadores reclamó la victoria, ambos quedarán con 0 puntos.\n\nDe las Divisiones y los Premios\n\n-Se asignan inicialmente 3 puntos McMahon (PMM) a los jugadores de la Primera División, 2 PMM a los de la Segunda División, 1 PMM a los de la Tercera División y 0 PMM a los de la Cuarta División.\n\n-Se sumará un punto McMahon por partida ganada y cero puntos por partida perdida.\n\n-La tabla de posiciones se organizará primero por número total de puntos, luego por SOS (Sum of Opponent’s Scores) y por último por SOSOS (Sum of Opponent’s SOS).\n\n-Los primeros cinco lugares de cada división en la tabla final de posiciones recibirán como PREMIO puntos bajo el Sistema de Puntos de la Asociación Mexicana de Go (indispensable cubrir su cuota anual de afiliación 2020) conforme a las siguientes fórmulas:\n\n-1° lugar: 50 x número de participantes \n\n-2° lugar: 40 x número de participantes \n\n-3° lugar: 30 x número de participantes \n\n-4° lugar: 20 x número de participantes \n\n-5° lugar: 15 x número de participantes\n\n-Los puntos posteriormente se pueden canjear por la oportunidad de representar a México en algún evento internacional con patrocinio parcial o completo.\n\nFaltas al Reglamento\n\n-Al inscribirse al torneo, los participantes se comprometen a jugar todas sus rondas y a conectarse 15 minutos antes del comienzo de cada partida.\n\n\n-Los jugadores tendrán 15 minutos de tolerancia (hasta las 19:15 hrs GMT-5) para presentarse a cada ronda, si no se conectan en ese tiempo su oponente podrá reclamar la victoria.\n\n-Se prohíbe uso inadecuado del lenguaje (insultos, groserías, comentarios que inciten al odio y discriminación). Los jugadores que sean descubiertos usando lenguaje inapropiado, ya sea por chat privado o en el chat público de la partida, serán descalificados del torneo.\n\n-Aquel jugador que se ausente por 2 rondas sin justificación será automáticamente descalificado del Torneo.\n\n-En caso de que una partida no cumpla las condiciones establecidas para el torneo no será válida.\n\n-Queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de asistencia de software e inteligencias artificiales. A quien se le sorprenda faltando a esta regla, será descalificado del torneo y se deliberará ante el comité organizador su futura participación en torneos por Internet.\n\n-En caso de retardo (lag) o desconexiones cortas, OGS permite seguir jugando la partida. Si un jugador se desconecta por más de 5 minutos, su oponente debe avisar en el chat del grupo asignado de OGS. En KGS, se deberá avisar en el chat de la Sala Mexicana y al comité organizador.\n\n-Cualquier situación no prevista en las presentes bases, se resolverá por el comité organizador.",
