"description": "<b>El registro tiene dos pasos.\n¡Lee las instrucciones!</b>\n\n<b>A inscrição tem duas etapas.\nLeiam as instruções!</b>\n\n\n──── <b>NORMAS EM ESPAÑOL</b> ────────────\n\nEl torneo será simultáneo al 3er Congreso Latinoamericano de Go, que tendrá lugar en São Paulo del 10 al 13 de octubre de 2019, durante el cual también se realizará el 21º Campeonato Ibérico de Go.\n\nEl nombre es un homenaje al maestro Yoshitake, pionero en la promoción de Go en Brasil, por su dedicación a la enseñanza y la promoción del interés en el juego.\n\nEl torneo tendrá dos etapas, la selectiva y la etapa final. Ambos se llevarán a cabo en el sistema de torneo suizo.\n\nEl selectivo comenzará el sábado 12 de octubre a las 14h, hora de São Paulo.\n\nLa etapa final será el domingo 13 de octubre, a partir de las 14h.\n\nEl selectivo tendrá 8 grupos y los 2 primeros irán a la etapa final.\n\nLa etapa final tendrá 16 jugadores.\n\nEn el sistema suizo, si hay hasta 128 jugadores, habrá hasta 16 jugadores por grupo y el selectivo se resolverá en 4 rondas. Si hay entre 128 y 256 jugadores, habrá entre 16 y 32 jugadores por grupo y el selectivo se resolverá en 5 rondas.\n\nEl tiempo será byo-yomi.\n\nEn el selectivo, el tiempo inicial tendrá entre 15 y 25 minutos, dependiendo del número de entradas (4 o 5 rondas), seguido de 3 períodos de 15 segundos.\n\nLa etapa final, con 16 jugadores y 4 rondas, tendrá un tiempo de inicio de 30 minutos, seguido de 3 períodos de 15 segundos.\n\nLas entradas tendrán las siguientes reglas:\n\n1. Inicialmente, el jugador debe registrarse para el Torneo Yoshito Yoshitake en OGS https://online-go.com/tournament/52654. Este torneo es temporal y solo se utilizará para ayudar en la preparación de las llaves.\n\n2. Luego, el jugador debe enviar un correo electrónico a torneoyoshitake@gmail.com con su nombre completo, país, ID y clasificaciones OGS.\n\n3. Las entradas estarán restringidas a jugadores con una clasificación OGS igual o mayor a 15 kyu.\n\n4. La inscripción debe realizarse hasta las 24h del 10 de octubre.\n\n5. Ambas, serão realizadas no sistema suiço de torneios.\n\nA seletiva se iniciará no sábado, 12 de outubro, as 14h, horário de São Paulo.\n\nA etapa final será no domingo, 13 de outubro, a partir das 14h.\n\nAs seletivas terão 8 chaves e os 2 melhores classificados irão para a etapa final.\n\nA etapa final terá 16 jogadores.\n\nNo sistema suíco, se houver até 128 jogadores, haverá até 16 jogadores por chave e a seletiva se resolverá em 4 rodadas. Este torneio é temporário e será utilizado apenas como auxílio na elaboração das chaves.\n\n2. Em seguida, o jogador deverá enviar um e-mail para torneioyoshitake@gmail.com com seu nome completo, país, apelido e ranking OGS.\n\n3. As inscrições serão restritas a jogadores com ranking OGS igual ou superior a 15 kyu.\n\n4. As inscrições deverão ser realizadas até as 24h do dia 10 de outubro.\n\n5.
