Explanation of tournament removal.
\n\nThe tournament was removed from the GoMagic group due to complaints. After that it was moved to this group. If someone does not like the theme of the Great October Socialist Revolution, this person can not play in the tournament or curse the tournament organizer. You can even curse with dirty words. I recognize people's right to express their point of view, even with dirty words.

\n\nGrandfather Frog, who is the founder of the Secret Society of Necromancers, Death Through Hane group on the OGS, is hosting an official November (2023) \"The Great October Socialist Revolution\" Tournament.
\n\nThe October Revolution, or October Coup (in Soviet historiography the name Great October Socialist Revolution was adopted) - an armed coup in Petrograd on October 25-26 (November 7-8, New Style), 1917 under the leadership of the Bolshevik Party, as a result of which the Provisional Government was overthrown. It is one of the largest events of the 20th century, which made a significant imprint on the course of Russian and world history.

\n The main result of the October Revolution was the establishment of a new political order. The main task that faced the Bolsheviks, led by Lenin, was to form the state apparatus of the Soviet state with reliance on the Soviets.
\n\nExtensive social reforms were introduced, such as:

- The establishment of an eight-hour work day, \n
- free education, health care and insurance, \n
- granting women equal rights with men, \n
- separation of church and state. \n
As a result of the October Revolution, the social structure changed - estates and the privileges associated with them were abolished.
\n\nAs a result of the victory of the socialist revolution in Russia, the world split into two systems - capitalist and socialist. After 1917, the struggle between these two systems determined the entire course of world history.
\n\nThe socialist system existed for about 70 years and was destroyed as a result of counter-revolution. But it managed to show the whole world another way of life, more preferable to the capitalist one.

The link to the book will be posted in the tournament chat for a few days after the tournament starts. Since the chat room is periodically cleared of messages, the link will be removed after some time. If you haven't had a chance to download the book, post in the tournament chat and I'll post the link again.
\n\nSomething about the regulations. Please note that each move adds 1 day to the time, but no more than 3 days. Time is suspended for the weekend. This means that you have to make one move per day.
