\n\nI have a few hobbies. First, playing go. Second, backpacking. Third, winter swimming. You know a lot about Go without me. Winter swimming next time. Let's talk a little bit about Russian backpackers today.
\n\nI like forests and backpacking in them. I have hiked with different instructors, but the most professional of them are Ekaterina and Roman Kuropyatnikovs. They also do mountaineering and organize ascents to Elbrus and other mountains. Unfortunately, I have never been able to go hiking with them.
\n\nRoman likes to organize extreme hikes. For example, 100 kilometers of cross-country trekking in two days or “Hundred in a day”, when 100 kilometers of cross-country trekking is done with light backpacks in a day. In Ekaterina's hikes, you have to not only \"moose\" (\"лосить\" in Russian) through forests and fields, but also participate in the cultural program. For example, visiting museums in nearby towns or excursions to interesting places.
\n\nFor reference, “mooseing, moose” (\"лосинг, лосить\" in Russian) are specific hiking terms derived from the name of the animal moose. It refers to moving through the forest like a moose - far away, in difficult conditions and with a heavy backpack.
