Top division has two (**A1**, **A2**)\n- Players of similar strength\n\n###The Groups:\n- 5 to 9 players (ideally 7)\n- Seeded by strength ( overall rank) \n- Compete in a *Simultaneous Round-robin*\n\n###The Final Round: 3 players\n- Qualify: the winners of **A1** and **A2**, and the *Title \nHolder*.\n- Merit based tie-break (good title defense, good performance in \nprevious round)\n- A third player1 may be drawn if needed\n\n### The games:\n- Fischer Timing, 3 days on the initial timer and 1 day increment \nper move (capped at 7 days).
