These proverbs rhyme in Russian.\n\nThis year, Oleneksky District of Yakutia recorded the lowest temperature in Russia since the beginning of the season. On January 10 the thermometer showed -62! Even in Oymyakon, which is considered the \"center of cold\" in Russia, the temperature was \"warmer\" (-59).\n\nThe settlement is located above the Arctic Circle. On these days the sun doesn't rise there at all.
