For technical reasons beyond by control and apparently beyond anybody else control the tournaments have not been activate although the conditions were met. They disappeared from all lists of tournaments. I asked the help of moderators and platform developers, but no one could fix the problem. Therefore, I am trying again.\n\nDear players,\n\nSome of you participated already in the first Primus Inter Pares tournament. The main feature of the tournament was to have a more relaxed, friendly, and attractive tournament one in which everyone could really have equal opportunities to win the tournament or to finish the last, without frustration. No one was sentenced in advance to lose against single kyu or dan players as it is the case in many tournaments.\n\nI believe that the first edition of Primus Inter Pares has been relatively successful one, although we have not arrived at its end. One shortcoming I did not anticipate was caused by the rule according to which the quarterfinalists in the first bracket have to wait until the players in the auxiliary bracket finish their own second tour. That is fine and works by the book as clearly explained by Msaari, to who I thank again. Yet, as a result the quarter-finalists are idle since 28 September 2024 and that’s a bit annoying.\n\nHowever, the first assumption worked, players were motivated and some of them really made visible progress in a short time. Observe the fact that the tournament was open to kyu 13 to 15, and now we have brilliant “graduates” of 9 kyu (NguynHuyn and Mendel1971) or 10 kyu (PinguDaPenguin).\nImpatient as I am, I propose now two other Primus Inter Pares tournaments, one for 10-12 kyu and one for 11-14 kyu. The difference now is that we shall try a different tournament
