[21:06] mark5000[6d]: Not urgent at all. This is a territorial framework. R13 is not consistent with Black's intention. It makes only territory and does not take advantage of the framework.

[21:07] shusaku42[?]: Would P10 be a better move then, expanding the framework?

[21:07] mark5000[6d]: Black would sooner make a double wing at around K16. If Black must play on the right, then P10 is thinkable, yes.
