[11:21] thedeepself.org[7k]: theology seems to be using the mind to think about the existence of God and non-physical reality. it's different from a spiritual practice which is designed to improve your ability to perceive what's actually there but may not be visible to the naked eye.

[11:22] thedeepself.org[7k]: multiplanar existence: I pretty much follow the yogic system of thought about the physical body and the non-physical bodies. the teaching is that there's basically five coverings over the real you. they are called koshas.
