Running Leela Zero v0.17 with elf v1 network.

Accepting byoyomi, canadian or fischer time. Minimal 5 seconds per period (i usually move much faster). Max 10 periods and max 1 hour main time.

I play faster above 90% win rate (9 seconds per move) and 99% win rate (1 second per move). I also play max 4 game at the time, so please do not block me for extended periods of time.

Minimal rank is 20k, komi either automatic or 7.5 and max 4 handicap (no handicap ranked). No correspondence games.

I use a fixed 6400 visits and resign at 10%.
