[23:33] trohde[7k]: I’ve been diagnosed with COPD eight years ago already

[23:33] trohde[7k]: had quit before that but relapsed after 10 months

[23:33] trohde[7k]: and now it’s getting real bad

[23:34] trohde[7k]: so it was clear I had to quit, very seriously.

[23:35] trohde[7k]: day 62 now, and the detox is over, so it is a _little_ better now, no more physical cravings

[23:35] trohde[7k]: but withdrawal symptoms galore

[23:35] trohde[7k]: insomnia, mood swings (down of course), concentration problems

[23:39] trohde[7k]: Oh, I see you’re from Turkey … of course I also smoked lots of haşiş back in the day, the Turkish one used to be green 😄 anyway, all of that is BAD FOR THE LUNGS
